The base will provide the Drinks, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & Fixings.
Please bring a dessert dish
Cookies, brownies, cup cakes please.
Set-up to start at 9:00 am
Set-up ~ 50 Chairs set up on grass
Set-up 4 round tables in Hall
PA System far side of grass
10am – Welcome greeting, introduction of guests
Tolling of bells – 15 minutes
Taekwondo demonstration -30 minutes
K-9 units demonstration – 30 minutes
Cleanup and tear-down by 3:00 pm
