Pearl Harbor Dec 7th Memorial and Wreath Laying Ceremony

Sunday December 7th 2025 is the 84th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. For the past 39 years the greater Sacramento area United States Submarine Veterans have honored that date with a Memorial and Wreath-Laying Ceremony at Discovery Park. 

The full military ceremony is open to all veterans, active duty personal, their families and the general public as well. If members of your group are planning on attending, please RSVP so that we can add the name of your group to our program.

Members should arrive at 0730 with the ceremony beginning at 0900

All vehicles entering the park must have a valid parking code SUBVETS25, or they will be subject to the standard vehicle entry fee of $5.00 per vehicle.

Instructions: Each guest will need to use the pay station at the Richards Blvd entrance to enter the code and receive their parking pass. Upon arriving at the pay station follow the prompts on the screen for #5 More Selections” then #3 Coupon Code” then enter the coupon  code provided above.

The parking pass will be printed and needs to be placed on the dash of each vehicle in your party.
