Pearl Harbor Dec 7th Memorial and Wreath Laying Ceremony

Sunday December 7th 2026 is the 84th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. For the past 39 years the greater Sacramento area United States Submarine Veterans have honored that date with a Memorial and Wreath-Laying Ceremony at Discovery Park.
The full military ceremony is open to all veterans, active duty personal, their families and the general public. If members of your group are planning on attending, please RSVP so that we can add the name of your group to our program.
Guest Speaker: Tim Carlisie, USSVI Jr. Vice Commander and USSVI Tech Guru (in charge of the USSVI web site among other things).

All vehicles entering the park must have a valid parking code SUBVETS26, or they will be subject to the standard vehicle entry fee of $5.00 per vehicle.
Instructions: Each guest will need to use the pay station at the Richards Blvd entrance to enter the code and receive their parking pass. Upon arriving at the pay station follow the prompts on the screen for #5 “More Selections” then #3 “Coupon Code” then enter the coupon code provided above.
